A LITTLE CLARITY
Every project is different.
A clear conversation is a good start.
Custom business applications, websites, connected workflows, AI-assisted tools and interactive interfaces. Start with what you need to accomplish; the technology comes after that conversation.
After the requirements and delivery approach are understood, the scope, fee, timeline and review milestones are agreed in writing.
Yes. Quasarfield Software is based in La Mesa, California, in the San Diego area. Collaboration is remote: project discussions, progress reviews and approvals do not require an office visit.
The signed project agreement specifies source files, custom rights, third-party licenses and payment conditions for handoff. Necessary ongoing access and maintenance arrangements should be clear before development starts. A website inquiry does not transfer ownership or create a service agreement.
Launch support, any defect-correction period and optional ongoing maintenance are defined in the project agreement. Ongoing work is not an unlimited commitment unless expressly agreed.
Keep your first message high-level. Do not include credentials, financial records, health information or other sensitive data. A suitable agreement and secure sharing method can be arranged separately.
PRIVACY POLICY
Effective September 18, 2026
A project brief asks for your name, email address, project description and service interests. Company, budget and timing details are optional. Preparing a brief keeps those details in your browser memory. The email option opens a draft in your email app; information reaches Quasarfield when you send that email. Saving or copying a brief does not send an inquiry.
Information you submit is used to review your inquiry and discuss a potential project. It is not used to enroll you in marketing messages. Keep initial descriptions high-level and do not include passwords, financial records, health information or confidential material.
Project fields are not saved in browser storage. Closing or reloading the page clears an unsaved brief. Copies you download or copy remain under your control. Emails you send are received through Google Workspace and are accessible to Quasarfield’s operator. Inquiry correspondence is retained as needed to respond, manage the business and meet applicable legal obligations. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
The site may save your motion preference in your browser. You can change it using the motion control or clear it with your browser’s site-data settings. This website does not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers or third-party embeds, and does not sell information or share it for advertising. It does not track activity across websites. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change that behavior.
If you open an email draft, your email provider handles the message under its own privacy policy. Nothing is emailed automatically. No project brief is sent to an external AI service by this website.
Contact hello@quasarfieldsoftware.com with privacy questions or to request review, correction or deletion of information you have provided. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Material changes to these practices will be described on this page with an updated effective date.
